The painting is offered in express agreement with the heirs of Abraham Adelsberger and Alfred Isay. After detailed examination by the art administration of the state, there were also found to be no claims to ownership on the part of the state (letter of 8.12.2022). This work is accompanied by an expertise by Marie Ursula Riemann-Reyher, Berlin, dated 11th December 1996 (copy).
