Original screenprint signed on the front in ink by Marcel Duchamp, printed in two shades of blue and red on black cardboard, representing Duchamp"s profile in the center on torn paper, screenprinted in blue with the title: "Marcel Dechiravit", the name by Marcel Duchamp is printed alternately in blue and red. This poster was first produced in 1959 for the “Marcel Duchamp” exhibition at the Librairie La Hune, based on Duchamp"s torn profile, dating from 1958. A first silkscreen printed in 40 numbered copies was printed only in blue and not in colors, without title. A second series of this same poster was produced in 10 copies for the Duchamp exhibition at the Galerie Schwarz in Milan in 1964. The present poster printed at the same time as that of La Hune in 1959 has remained completely unknown to this day, we do not know
