"HRS. Herr Konstnären, Commendatoren, etc. A. Zorn. Mora.
The other day I was in Copenhagen to see the exhibition and barely got to see Your beautiful things, as that part of the premises was packed to the brim with an admiring audience. However, I heard through Dr. Anderberg that Mr. Zorn was going to sell "The Twist" and as I have previously spoken to Mr. Zorn on a couple of occasions about this painting, I hereby take the liberty of making a respectful request if I can acquire this work of art for the price stated namely SEK: 15,000:- This would be a great Christmas joy for me - I do not intend to sell it but have it in my private gallery.
If Mr. Zorn wants to prepare this joy for me, I was very much obliged and I am now waiting for the last short letter with just "yes" or "no" again, as I don"t want to bother with the phone.
Should I become the owner of the board, I can collect it later in Sthlm. Liquid sent per Immediately.
